Our Business Office
Our staff strives to make your medical care as seamless as possible. If you have a question about an appointment, referral, or bill, we will work hard to provide you with the highest level of service possible.
Insurance
We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit so that we can ensure that our records are accurate.
Specific questions regarding insurance coverage should be addressed by your carrier, although our business office may be able to assist you.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Co-pays cannot be waived. We accept cash, bank cards, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
